教育部:“十三五”期間高校新增教材4.3萬余種,類型更加豐富

中(zhong)國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育報-中(zhong)國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育新(xin)(xin)聞(wen)網(wang)北京12月24日訊(記者(zhe) 趙秀紅(hong) 王家(jia)源(yuan))“‘十三五’期(qi)間,高校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材數(shu)量(liang)持續增(zeng)長,類型更加豐富(fu),我國正式出版(ban)的(de)、版(ban)權頁標注(zhu)‘教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材’字樣的(de)高校(xiao)新(xin)(xin)增(zeng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材數(shu)量(liang)達4.3萬余種(zhong)。”在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部今(jin)天召開(kai)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育2020“收官”系(xi)列第(di)七場新(xin)(xin)聞(wen)發布會上,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育司(si)一級巡視(shi)員宋毅介(jie)紹說。

“除此之外(wai),還有數量更為(wei)(wei)龐大的教(jiao)學參(can)考書(shu)、教(jiao)輔用書(shu)以及未(wei)標識(shi)為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)材(cai)但實(shi)際作為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)材(cai)使(shi)用的出版物。”他表示(shi),總的來看,高校教(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)設(she)有兩(liang)方(fang)面特征:一是門類(lei)齊全、品種豐富。二是類(lei)型多樣、適(shi)用性提升。

宋毅表示,“十三五”時期,教(jiao)育部深入貫徹落實黨中央、國務院(yuan)決策部署,推(tui)動高(gao)(gao)校教(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)設(she),堅(jian)持價值引領、堅(jian)守質量(liang)(liang)為本、推(tui)進(jin)改革(ge)創新、完善監督保障(zhang),適(shi)應我(wo)國高(gao)(gao)等教(jiao)育從大眾化邁入普及化階段發展需要,與(yu)專業、課程改革(ge)同步,持續推(tui)進(jin)教(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)設(she)提高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)(liang)、創新發展。

“強(qiang)(qiang)化教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)育(yu)人功能,把教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)作(zuo)為加強(qiang)(qiang)高校思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)工作(zuo)的重要載(zai)體,作(zuo)為全面(mian)推(tui)進課(ke)程(cheng)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)建(jian)設的重要抓手。”他表示,一是(shi)強(qiang)(qiang)化價值引領,助推(tui)專業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)相融合。二是(shi)立足中國實踐,反映國情民情。三(san)是(shi)緊(jin)跟時(shi)代步伐(fa),服務國家(jia)需求(qiu)。

值(zhi)得關注的(de)(de)是,“十三五”期間,我國搶抓(zhua)新技(ji)術(shu)帶來的(de)(de)歷史(shi)機遇,推出(chu)了一大批(pi)紙質+數字化資源教(jiao)材,以(yi)及融(rong)合互聯網(wang)、人工智(zhi)能等信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)虛(xu)擬(ni)現實(shi)、增強(qiang)現實(shi)、配套移動軟件(jian)等表現豐富(fu)的(de)(de)多(duo)介質教(jiao)材。

高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)融入專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)一體(ti)化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)改(gai)革(ge),有(you)效保(bao)障了(le)培養質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)全面推進(jin),專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)一體(ti)化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)改(gai)革(ge)已經成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育深(shen)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)改(gai)革(ge)、提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)重要保(bao)證。”宋毅就(jiu)此介紹了(le)三方面工(gong)作,一是(shi)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入本(ben)(ben)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)國家標準。2018年,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)發布《普(pu)通高(gao)等學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)國家標準》,針對本(ben)(ben)科(ke)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)1049門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)基礎(chu)課(ke)和3676門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)核心課(ke),制定了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)及參考(kao)書目的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)規范,鼓勵(li)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)規劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)、精品教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)等優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)。二是(shi)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)編寫與(yu)(yu)(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)和*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)指(zhi)標。自2019年起,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部(bu)面向(xiang)全國高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)開(kai)展*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)遴選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan),把(ba)優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)作為(wei)(wei)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)“硬指(zhi)標”,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)” “*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)”引領“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she),“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)支撐(cheng)“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)”“*課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)(de)良性發展局(ju)面。三是(shi)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監管系統。陸續將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)納(na)入高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)(ben)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作合格評估、審(shen)核評估以(yi)及“雙*”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)考(kao)察(cha)范圍,強化質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)跟(gen)蹤與(yu)(yu)(yu)監管。
